To refresh Java cache in PI system you have to use one of the URLs
FULL cache refresh
http://<hostname>:<port>/CPACache/refresh?mode=full
DELTA cache refresh
http://<hostname>:<port>/CPACache/refresh?mode=delta
To update PI ABAP Cache use T-Code SXI_CACHE
