Difference between RZ10 & RZ11 SAP T-Codes

What is the difference between SAP T-Codes RZ10 & RZ11?

RZ11 is also used to change some profile parameters dynamically without restarting the system
but they will be reset once the system is restarted.

RZ10 is also used to change all profile parameters  but changes are permanent
