Steps to import SAP content into the PI ESR

What are the Steps to Import SAP Content into PI ESR ( Enterprise Service Repository) ?


Step 1: Download the PI SAP content
The SAP PI content is available for download from the following location in the SAP Service Marketplace - http://service.sap.com/swdc
-> Support Packages and Patches  
-> A - Z Index                  
-> E                            
-> ESR Content (XI Content)    
-> XI CONTENT <select the required PI content>
-> XI CONTENT <select the required release>    
-> #Database independent      

Step 2: Unpack the downloaded content

Step 3: *tpz files for upload to the ESR

Step 4: Authorizations required to execute the import in the ESR

Step 5: Importing the content in the ESR
