What Basis Tasks to perform on SAP Java Projects

The Basis Administrator ( Netweaver Java Admin) will be performing the following tasks in specific to SAP Netweaver Java AS ( Application Server) Projects.

1. Install NW Java  as per customer version requirements.
2. Upgrade NW Java as per customer future requirements
3. Apply Java Support Packs/Patches released by SAP
4. Apply/Upgrade Java Kernel
5. Configure System properties on NW Java System
6. Java Performance Tuning & Analysis
7. Install NW Java Dialog Servers to scale the SAP Landscape.
8. Install & Configure SAP Webdispatchers
9. Install & Configure SLD (System Landscape Directory)
10. Install & Configure NWDI
11. Java Monitoring, Backups, Transports, Memory & general basis tasks.
12. Maintaining Java Systems with NW Java Admin Tools, NWA, Wily Introscope, Config Tool etc.,
