How to delete Import Queue from SAP SAINT?

If you run into problen while applying SAP patches or add-ons. There's no option to delete from T-code SAINT but there's a way to delete it as mentioned below:

You can delete import queue with SAP tcode SEPS-Goto-Inbox.
