SAPup broke during phase DBCHK_PRE in module PREP_PRE_CHECK / Checks the system status
Error Message: OSQL call failed for MSSUPGGETREL

You hit this error during SUM extraction phase and if your database is Microsoft SQL Server


Fix: 
Install SQLCMD for Sql server2014 as per this notes http://www.microsoft.com/download/details.aspx?id=29065


After Install SQLCMD  Restart SUM.
