ERROR: sapcpe exited with 4   SUM ABAP Upgrade Execution Phase Downtime
Logs to check SAPCPE.LOG  , SAPCPE.SAV

Fix:
Please check that all files on /usr/sap//SYS/exe/uc// has adm as owner and not root. 
You can use the unix command chown adm:sapsys /usr/sap//SYS/exe/uc// to correct the permissions that are not set properly and repeat the phase.
