How to set the "SLD.selfregistration.*" properties of Service "com.sap.aii.af.cpa.svc" manually?

Answer: 

Start NetWeaver Administrator and navigate to
--> Configuration Management
--> Infrastructure
--> Java System Properties
--> Services Tab
--> XPI Service: CPA Cache

and add values to the following three parameters:

SLD.selfregistration.hostName
SLD.selfregistration.httpPort
SLD.selfregistration.httpsPort

--> Press Save
