Check
The System ID filed in the Central Management Console (Authentication ->SAP ->Options ->"SAP SSO Service") does not match
with the System ID added in the Single Sign-On Access Control List (ACL) accessible through "STRUSTSSO2" SAP ABAP BW transaction.
Resolution
Fill in the same System ID in the CMC and in the ACL in the SAP ABAP BW system.
In the ACL section, the System ID will be upper-cased even if it was entered in lower case, then be sure it has been entered in capital letters in the CMC.
